From our experience, the landlord is trustworthy, kind and helpful. For us, we were unable to return to the apartment due to changes in the COVID measures when our lease end. The landlord assisted to pack our belongings, stored them and even delivered them to us when we finally returned to Leuven, the help rendered were beyond our expectations. As for the apartment, it is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is fully furnished and equipped with hair dryer, washing machine, dish washer, cooking utensils, etc. The apartment is conveniently located with amenities, banks, shops, restaurants in the vicinity. The Leuven museum is literally next door while the Grote Market and Oude Market are just round the corner, charming places to have a drink or afternoon tea, or simply being there. The train station and botanical gardens is less than 10 mins walk away. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. This apartment is indeed a home away from home. Best Wishes!
